About This Work

"Emerald Isle March" was composed and arranged by Major Edmund Gerald Horabin (Gerry). This previously unpublished manuscript was discovered by George Pollen when going through a pile of Gerry's music after his death in 2008 and immediately recognised not only the quality of the march but its freshness, obvious foot-tapping appeal and brilliance.

Edited by George this terrific march, with its contemporary feel, modern chording and infectious melody is now available for full Concert Band.
