(If Paradise Is) Half As Nice

Friday, 28 November 2014

"(If Paradise Is) Half as Nice" was a popular single recorded by the ‘Amen Corner' as their debut single for their new record label - ‘Immediate Records'. Rejected by ‘The Tremeloes' is became the most successful of the bands six hit singles, reaching No.1 in the UK Singles Chart for two weeks in February 1969 and No.34 when it was reissued in 1976.

As fresh today as it was then this pop classic is now available, arranged by Geoff Kingston, for Concert Band. A great nostalgic foot tapper.
