The Day Thou Gavest - Band, Bagpipes, Choir & Organ

By request Geoff Kingston has arranged a new and slightly contemporary setting of 'The Day Thou Gavest' for Concert Band which includes Bagpipes, Choir and Organ. All of which are optional. This arrangement is ideal for all occasions and works well on the concert platforms as well as sacred occasions.

‘The Day Thou Gavest' - ‘St. Clement', was composed by John Ellerton in 1870 and although once described by critics, including Ralph Vaughan Williams as a ‘feeble waltz tune' it has stood the test of time and is amongst the nations favourites, standing at number 10 in the BBC's UK top 100 hymns.
