ABOUT THIS WORK

FANFARE IMPÉRALE - (Emperor's Fanfare) - was composed by Antonio Francisco Javier José Soler Ramos, also known as Padre Antonio Soler. He was a Spanish composer, organist, choir director, and music theorist.

Arranged for concert band by Geoff Kingston, 'Fanfare Impérale' is an exciting addition to the band repertoire and serves as an ideal opening or processional fanfare. This period work remains fresh and vibrant today. Its bold brass passages and regal character capture the grandeur of imperial ceremonies, making it a favourite among both performers and audiences.
