About This Work

“Presentation Day” refers to the age-old tradition of the annual award of clocks and watches to long serving and retiring members of staff of large Companies. Composed and arranged by John Dutton, this is a fine example of a concert/parade quick march with strong melodies and foot-tapping rhythms. If you are looking for a new march to open up your program, and at the same time give the band something different to perform, then this certainly fits the bill! A great march in the traditional style!
